And honestly, I believe it! They’ve already gotten a ton of pre-orders, which is awesome because it means they’ll have the funds to keep updating and improving the game for a long time. I can’t wait to get started!
Hypixel Founder Reaffirms His Commitment to Support Hytale for 10 Years
Hypixel’s founder announced on X (formerly Twitter) that pre-purchases have fully funded the game’s development for the next two years. He also committed to supporting the game for the next decade, which should reassure fans about its future. The development team has also grown to over 50 people.
Hytale has faced a lot of challenges throughout its development. After Riot Games shut it down, Hypixel Studios stepped in to revive it. Now, the game is more popular than ever, and its upcoming early access release will be crucial in determining its future as a unique blend of sandbox creativity and RPG adventure.
Hytale won’t be launching on Steam right away. The developers want to avoid getting negative reviews while the game is still in early access. They’re also planning to release the game on consoles.
