While InZOI offers a variety of career paths, the Idol Trainee route sets me apart with an active experience where I can join Zoi on her journey, rather than disappearing into a rabbit hole career only to reappear hours later. An Idol Trainee career requires dedication because it involves developing numerous abilities simultaneously and completing numerous tasks during work to improve job performance. Additionally, the work schedule can be quite demanding, often encroaching upon your personal time, so prepare for potential sacrifices in your free time if you choose this career path.

How To Join The Idol Trainee Career In InZOI

In the role-playing game Zoi, the traits of ‘Entertainer’ and ‘Go-Getter’ are particularly suitable for the Idol Trainee profession. Displaying humor or self-assuredness will aid you in this line of work, boosting your progression speed in these skills. Moreover, remember that maintaining a positive reputation and high karma is crucial, as a favorable idol image greatly influences your success.

As a gamer, to embark on the Idol Trainee journey within InZOI, ensure my character is a young adult and resides in Dowon City because that’s where the job opportunity lies at the moment. Then, whip out the smartphone and tap on the Career icon. Navigate towards Adam Entertainment and opt to kick off as a Rookie Trainee. At present, there are merely three ranks in the Idol Trainee career, but remember that more could be introduced later since the game is still in its early access phase. For now, you can only move up twice before reaching the Senior Trainee rank.

By clicking on the Career icon on your mobile device, you’ll find the remaining milestones towards your promotion clearly displayed. Once the company grants the promotion, you’ll receive a notification about it directly from them (Zoi).

On a typical weekday, Zoi should be working for about 9 hours, starting at 9 AM and ending at 6 PM. However, if the tasks assigned are completed earlier, players are permitted to go home ahead of schedule without any reduction in pay.

When starting your workday, you have an hour for personal needs such as grabbing a bite from Staff Meals or taking a bathroom break. At 10 AM, you’ll receive the first set of three tasks out of six. Another batch will be assigned at 1 PM. If all tasks are completed, you can leave work even if it’s not yet 6 PM. Task options are provided for your convenience.

Regarding your character’s journey in the Idol Trainee career path, keep in mind that while you invest significant time in studying, learning languages, and dancing, it doesn’t necessarily lead to skill acquisition. On the other hand, focusing on physical fitness training and vocal practice will help in skill development. However, it’s essential to note that once your character grows into an Adult, they are compulsorily required to leave the company, making a long-term Idol Trainee career impossible.
