The representative explained that the problem arose from an unforeseen glitch, which has now been fixed with the most recent update. Furthermore, they acknowledged that the images were offensive and do not align with the goals and principles of inZOI. They recognize the gravity of this situation and are committed to providing age-appropriate content. To ensure such incidents don’t recur, they are enhancing their internal review mechanisms.
