The Italian folklore-inspired sun-lit scenery is a refreshing change from the gloomy backdrops that are common in this genre. Among all the gaming consoles currently available, “Enotria: The Last Song” can exclusively be played on Sony’s PlayStation 5. Contrary to expectations, it won’t work on Nintendo Switch. However, PC gamers have the option to download and play the game via Steam or the Epic Games Store. Regrettably, both Xbox Series X and Series S, being next-generation consoles, are left out from the list of compatible platforms for this particular game, despite theoretically being able to run it smoothly.

Word-of-mouth from players propelled the post to gain significant attention, eventually reaching Microsoft’s Phil Spencer. Subsequently, the official account announced that the developers and Xbox were collaborating once more, aiming to bring Enotria to Xbox gaming consoles as swiftly as feasible.

Although we’ve received a favorable update, unfortunately, an exact launch date for the game on Xbox Series X and S hasn’t been set yet. We anticipate that it may take a few more months to prepare the game for its release on these consoles.

It hasn’t been the first occasion where a game’s launch on Xbox got pushed back, and the same happened with Black Myth: Wukong.
