Previous speculations hinted at a multiplatform launch in spring, but if the recent buzz is correct, PS5 gamers can expect to embark on Indiana Jones’ latest adventure within the next few months.
Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer has defended Xbox’s decision to release the game “Indiana Jones and the Great Circle” on the PlayStation 5, despite controversy surrounding Xbox’s multiplatform strategy shift. In 2024, Spencer stated that the strength of Xbox’s franchises is at an all-time high, but emphasized that it is still a business. With a high standard set at Microsoft, the studio has chosen to expand the distribution of its games to long-term competitors like Sony.
