Is The Battlefield 6 BF Pro Battle Pass Worth It? Rewards and Bonuses Explained

Okay, so Battlefield 6 Season 1 is finally here, and it’s packed with new stuff! We’re talking fresh maps, game modes, weapons, and even a new battle royale experience called REDSEC. Plus, they’ve added the first ever Battle Pass to the game – and yeah, it’s split into two levels, like most of them are. I’m going to break down whether the Battlefield 6 BF Pro Battle Pass is actually worth spending your money on, so you can decide if it’s right for you.

The Battlefield Pro Battle Pass costs £21.99 (or the equivalent in your currency) and offers new content for 12 weeks. Let’s take a look at whether the rewards it offers are worth the investment of your time and money in Battlefield 6.

What Comes With the Battlefield Pro Battle Pass?

While REDSEC is available for free, to fully enjoy Battlefield 6, you’ll need a Battle Pass. There are two options: the Standard Pass and the Battlefield Pro Pass. The Standard Pass costs 1,100 Battlefield Coins (around £8.99, depending on your region), but the Battlefield Pro Pass can only be purchased with real money.

Having BF Coins won’t let you purchase the BF Pro Battle Pass, but the rewards you get from the Pro Pass are significantly better.

Here’s everything you get for investing in the Battlefield Pro Battle Pass:

  • Free Rewards
  • Battle Pass Rewards
  • Battle Pass Instant Unlock Rewards
  • Battle Pass 15% Progression Boost
  • 100 Max Portal Persistent Server Hosts
  • BF Pro Instant Unlock Rewards
  • 25 Battle Pass Tier Skips
  • In-Game Vehicle Radio Station
  • BF Pro Battle Pass Path
  • BF Pro Assignments

You’ll start with five immediately unlocked items, including the new GGH-22 pistol, which is based on the Glock 22. Plus, 25 free tier skips will let you quickly progress through most of the ‘Rogue Operators’ section of the Battle Pass, getting you just one step away from unlocking the new SOR-300SC carbine.

With Instant Unlock (available for both Battle Pass and BF Pro players), you’ll receive twelve items right away. These include four new characters, two sets of weapons, a knife skin, a parachute skin, calling cards, and XP boosts.

Battlefield 6 Battle Pass Max Rewards

There’s a tasty reward at the end of each section in the Battle Pass:

  • Rogue Operators
  • Deniable Ops
  • Soldiers of Fortune
  • Pacific Ghosts

And then you hit the Ultimate tiers, and finally the Prestige tiers.

Here’s the final reward in each portion of the Battlefield 6 Battle Pass.

Rogue Operators – Forest Sentry

Deniable Ops – Mackenzie

Soldiers of Fortune – Health is Wealth

Pacific Ghosts – Divided Patterns

Can You Skip Sections in the Battle Pass in Battlefield 6?

If you’re unhappy with your current direction or want to achieve different goals, you can easily change course and start working towards new rewards in other areas.

You’ll need to unlock all other rewards before you can get the Ultimate and Prestige rewards. Here’s a look at what those final rewards are:

Ultimate – Spiteful Mirage

Prestige – Battlefield Coins

Battlefield Pro subscribers get a ton of extra benefits like rewards, challenges, and experience boosts, making the subscription well worth the cost. But if you don’t plan on playing Battlefield 6 very often, the regular version might be a better fit.

Just so you know, you can earn enough BF Coins by completing one full Battle Pass to buy the next one, so you don’t have to spend real money!
