Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures will release at least one film each month for the rest of the year, with notable titles like “The Fantastic Four: First Steps”, “Zootopia 2”, and “Avatar: Fire and Ash”. Notably, October 10th will see the premiere of the third installment in a cherished series that fans have eagerly anticipated for fifteen long years.

The teams who design attractions at Disney Experiences might want to consider adding a scene like that to the TRON Lightcycle / Run ride at Magic Kingdom.

Apart from brief appearances, a variety of key characters such as Jared Leto, Evan Peters, Greta Lee, and Jodie Turner-Smith will be seen. However, the most intriguing hint is provided by Jeff Bridges’ distinctive voice. Even without his presence on screen, it’s unmistakable who it belongs to. The line “Ready? As a film enthusiast myself, I can’t help but get thrilled about Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross, the brilliant minds behind Nine Inch Nails, composing the soundtrack for “Tron: Ares”. It’s a tall order to surpass what Daft Punk accomplished with the original soundtrack for “Tron: Legacy”, but given their exceptional talent, I firmly believe that Reznor and Ross are up to the challenge. Their diverse portfolio, which spans films like “The Social Network”, “Soul”, and “Challengers”, speaks volumes about their versatility and skill. The score for “The Social Network” in particular continues to leave me awestruck even after all these years.

The Norwegian filmmaker Joachim Rønning, recognized for his works including “Marco Polo”, “Maleficent: Mistress of Evil”, and “Young Woman and the Sea”, is now in command for the upcoming third installment of “Tron”. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that he, along with screenwriters Jesse Wigutow and Jack Thorne, will deliver a worthy continuation for the franchise. It would be delightful to receive this sequel without having to wait for another decade or more.
