Jeffrey Dean Morgan wants to play Arthur Morgan in a Red Dead Redemption adaptation.
I was at a convention recently and got to hear one of the actors from The Walking Dead answer fan questions. Someone asked him if he’d ever want to play Arthur Morgan, the main character from Red Dead Redemption 2, and it was so cool to hear what he thought!
He told a fan that he really wanted to work on a western project. He said it wasn’t even a debate – westerns are his absolute favorite genre, and nothing else comes close. Plus, his son loves the game, and he thinks it’s fantastic. He’d happily do it for free, he added.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan is well-known as an actor in movies and TV, but he’s also done voice work for video games. For example, in 2019, he voiced his popular character Negan from The Walking Dead as downloadable content for the game Tekken 7.
