Exciting update for fans of “The Walking Dead”: Actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan is set to appear in an upcoming crime thriller, titled “Neighborhood Watch,” which will hit theaters on April 25, 2025. According to Variety, this movie has been acquired by RLJE Films.

In the movie “Neighborhood Watch,” stars Morgan and Jack Quaid, recognized for their roles as Richie Kirsch in the latest Scream (2022), play the parts of Ed and Simon, two neighbors who become united when Simon suspects a kidnapping has taken place. Since Ed was previously a security guard, he seems to be the ideal candidate to assist Simon in solving the mystery. “Neighborhood Watch” distinguishes itself from other crime films centered on heists due to its focus on the intriguing relationship between these two characters.

The filmography of Morgan showcases movies such as the 2018 sci-fi monster flick “Rampage”, the 2022 horror movie “Bloody Axe Wound”, the 2022 drama “The Integrity of Joseph Chambers”, and the 2014 comedy “They Came Together”.
