Christopher Nolan is amassing a star-studded ensemble that could be among the most notable in one of his movies, as per Deadline. It’s been reported that Jon Bernthal, famously known as The Punisher, has just joined the cast for his upcoming production titled “The Odyssey.

In simpler terms, Bernthal will round off the Marvel trio, joining Tom Holland (starring in The Odyssey) and Zendaya. At present, this group has not been featured in a Nolan production yet, but they are all making significant strides in Hollywood. Interestingly, Bernthal clinched an Emmy for Best Guest Actor in a Comedy Series for his role on FX’s The Bear in 2024, marking his first major award in his career.

Over the next couple of years, actor Bernthal is poised for significant visibility in mainstream entertainment. He has been confirmed to reprise his role as The Punisher in the new Daredevil series, titled “Daredevil: Born Again,” premiering on Disney+ in March. Additionally, he will be joining Ben Affleck in the upcoming sequel “The Accountant 2,” set to hit theaters a month later in late April.
