This marks Mahoraga’s first appearance in the JJK Modulo storyline, and he’s likely to return unless Dabura manages to completely destroy him using a variety of alien abilities in future chapters.

Yuka Okkotsu’s powerful shikigami, Mahoraga, is his key weapon against Dabura, a foe considered as dangerous as Ryomen Sukuna. When Dabura saw Mahoraga, he immediately used his unique cursed technique, combining a large amount of energy with deadly intent, hoping to defeat the Divine General in a single attack. However, Dabura’s technique proved ineffective, as Mahoraga quickly began to adapt and counter it.

It’s unclear how long it will take Mahoraga to adjust to Dabura’s unique and dangerous abilities, but even a single successful adaptation could give the shikigami the upper hand. However, the battle has just begun, and we haven’t seen everything Dabura can do yet. Given that Dabura is as powerful as Sukuna, he probably has even more destructive powers that could defeat Mahoraga.

Because of his past experiences with Mahoraga, and his strong bonds with Yuta Okkotsu and Maki Zenin, he could return to fight for Yuka and Tsurugi.

Knowing Yuji’s character, he’ll definitely jump into action to help others, even if it’s dangerous. As Nobara pointed out, he’s already seen too much loss, and that could motivate him to confront Dabura after the fight with Mahoraga.
