Gege Akutami Revealed Satoru’s Hectic Schedule

As an ardent fan, I used to think that anime characters live an easy, carefree life, but Gege Akutami has shattered this perception with his portrayal of Gojo Satoru. Contrary to popular belief, Gojo is always swamped with work and scarcely finds time for personal relaxation.

  • 04:00–07:00: Sleep and recover. Satoru takes a three-hour nap every day. For a normal human, sleeping for at least eight hours is recommended. It is a miracle that Satoru is able to perform at the highest level with just three hours of sleep. It has been stated that he lives in a room within Jujutsu Tech as his workload is way too much. Gojo Satoru also doesn’t get any time off, making it even more difficult to stay focused.
  • 07:00-07:30: Wake up and go to Jujutsu High. This is arguably the least taxing activity that Satoru performs on a daily basis. It just involves him leaving his room and heading to class.
  • 08:30–20:00: Classwork and missions. Gojo Satoru spends the majority of the day performing his duties as a teacher. He has to escort students to sites, take their attendance, and teach every single one of them separately. He needs to make sure that his approach is different for every student so that they can develop at a steady pace. Gojo also takes his students to eat out of kindness. Sometimes he falls asleep while waiting for his students. On business trips, Satoru finds ways to lessen the load. He will send his students to deal with the problem in the name of letting them gain more experience. Sometimes Gojo Satoru has to complete high-level missions, which end up taking most of his time. However, he still manages to find some time for his students and his other duties as a teacher.
  • 20:00–22:00: Meeting with the principal and the other higher-ups. After dealing with missions and other duties, Satoru is summoned by the higher-ups to discuss important tasks. Most of the time, he ends up having a heated exchange with them. In the majority of cases, it happens due to a difference of opinion.
  • 22:00–04:00:Preparing for administrative work. Gojo Satoru’s duties don’t end after the meetings. In fact, he needs to make preparations for the next day.

A quick look at his schedule makes it clear that Gojo Satoru has an overwhelming amount of tasks and responsibilities. It seems he barely finds the time for personal pursuits or activities he enjoys.

It’s challenging to find fault with Satoru being among the top-tier or even the best character in “Jujutsu Kaisen”. What sets Gojo Satoru apart from his peers is the unique blend of his personality, appearance, and powers. Despite being known as the world’s strongest sorcerer, Satoru isn’t always serious – in fact, he is one of the funniest characters in “Jujutsu Kaisen”. Gojo Satoru has a knack for humor and nurturing his students. Although he may come across as playful, he possesses an impressive ability to inspire and instill confidence in his pupils. Yuji Itadori serves as a strong testament to this. While it’s true that Satoru initially intended to use Sukuna’s power, any reasonable individual would have opted for Yuji’s demise. Yet, Gojo had faith that Yuji could tap into the demon’s strength and utilize it to transform the world positively.

Gojo Satoru Maintains A Certain Level Of Morality

Gojo Satoru stands apart from other powerful characters due to his unambiguously good moral compass. Although some of his actions might appear debatable, more often than not, he strives to aid others. An instance of this can be seen during the Shibuya arc, where instead of allowing countless lives to perish, Satoru went to great lengths to prevent such loss. Regrettably, Geto and his faction manipulated this very compassion, ultimately managing to imprison him.

As Satoru is locked away, the impending season of the anime promises excitement. Fans are eager to discover what becomes of Satoru, Yuji, and numerous other beloved characters. Additionally, they’ll find out if Gojo Satoru will reenter the battlefield at some point in time.
