This article contains spoilers from JJK Modulo.
The sorcerers in Jujutsu Kaisen have faced numerous challenges throughout their history. Early on, Ryomen Sukuna posed a significant danger, ultimately leading to the death of the most powerful sorcerer, Gojo Satoru. While Gojo’s sacrifice brought about a long period of peace—lasting around seventy years as detailed in JJK Modulo, Chapter 15—this peace has ironically caused Japan to become complacent and weak. This decline in strength now leaves the country vulnerable and unable to defend itself.
Fans of Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo are eager to find out who will become the next most powerful character, and it seems the author, Gege, has already decided. Many now believe that Yuka Okkotsu is the true successor to Gojo Satoru, a conclusion that’s becoming increasingly clear as the story progresses.
Yuka Okkotsu Is The True Heir Of Gojo Satoru In JJK Modulo
- Yuka Is The Daughter Of Iori Okkotsu
- She Has Inherited The Ten Shadows Technique
I’ve been hearing a lot about Yuka, and she’s shaping up to be incredibly powerful. Some believe she could eventually be as strong as, or even stronger than, Gojo Satoru – but it all depends on whether she overcomes a serious illness. What’s really interesting is her lineage; she’s Yuta Okkotsu’s granddaughter. That explains her massive cursed energy – Yuta actually had the second-highest amount of cursed energy in the entire series, surpassed only by Ryomen Sukuna, and even more than Gojo himself.
Earthling Sorcerers have a desperate, last-ditch technique they use when facing death: a Binding Vow. Yuka Okkotsu has been searching for a cause worthy of sacrificing herself for, feeling that if she was going to die regardless, she might as well do so for the sake of others. — Tsurugi, speaking about Yuka Okkotsu
Yuka reportedly received a large amount of Cursed Energy from her family, potentially making her one of the most powerful individuals in the world. However, her true strength goes beyond just how much energy she possesses.
Yuka Is The Strongest New Sorcerer With Ten Shadows
Yuka Can Summon Mahoraga
Currently, Yuka Okkotsu possesses the Ten Shadows technique. This became apparent early in the JJK Modulo series, and was officially confirmed in Chapter 15. During her fight with Dabura, Yuka instantly summoned Mahoraga and concealed herself, proving she can wield this incredibly powerful cursed technique. This ability potentially rivals the Limitless technique of the Gojo family in terms of power.
This powerful technique instantly establishes Yuka as one of the most formidable sorcerers alive. If she can master Mahoraga – something no one has ever achieved in the series – she could become a legend.
Yuka Will Get Stronger With Rika
Yuka Was Promised The Ring of Rika
Yuka is possibly the most powerful sorcerer of her generation, thanks to her incredible cursed energy and mastery of the Ten Shadows technique. Her potential is further boosted by access to Rika’s ring. Currently, Tsurugi possesses the ring, having received it from the Gojo Clan. This was likely a strategic decision, as Yuka’s natural abilities – the Ten Shadows and immense cursed energy – would have made it impossible for Tsurugi to compete with her otherwise.
While it seems like the clan’s understanding is accurate, fans will remember that Yuta ultimately gave the ring to Yuka. This suggests that Yuka will eventually utilize Rika’s power, even if Tsurugi uses it for a short time.
That blade is specifically designed to fight cursed spirits – it’s called the Sword of Extermination. It’s filled with positive energy, much like the Reverse Cursed Technique. If I were a cursed spirit, it would have destroyed me instantly. But he managed to block my attacks! He can actually see my cursed technique. Impressive! — Ryomen Sukuna Vs Mahoraga, JJK Chapter 118
Rika’s primary purpose is to safeguard Yuka, and with Rika battling a life-threatening brain tumor, her role in the JJK Modulo storyline is incredibly important. Combined with Rika’s power as a powerful cursed spirit, Yuka becomes a devastatingly strong force, potentially even stronger than Gojo Satoru. It’s worth noting that Yuta already possessed Gojo-level potential, and Yuka, wielding ten Shadows including Mahoraga and with Rika’s added strength, could definitely exceed Gojo’s power if she lives.
Yuka Could Have A Gojo-Like Moment Vs Dabura
The battle between Yuka and Dabura is a crucial turning point for her. She’s knowingly put herself in a life-or-death situation – she’ll either be killed by Dabura or by Mahoraga. But if Yuka wins, she could potentially tame Mahoraga in the future. Combined with Rika’s abilities, she might even find a cure for her brain tumor.
The story is strongly hinting that Yuka might die, but it wouldn’t make sense for her to. Fans know she wants to become a powerful sorcerer, potentially even better than Yuta Okkotsu, and killing her now would ruin that storyline. She needs to survive and grow stronger to complete her character development.
If Yuka can master Mahoraga and harness Rika’s power, she might experience a breakthrough in her fight with Dabura, potentially making her the most powerful sorcerer of her generation.
