I’m a huge fan of Jujutsu Kaisen, and honestly, the Domain Expansions are just mind-blowing! But when it comes to the most dangerous one, it’s definitely Gojo Satoru’s. He’s got this insane Cursed Technique called Limitless, and paired with his Six Eyes ability, it’s just unstoppable. He pushed those powers to their absolute limit, and the result is his Domain Expansion, Unlimited Void – it’s seriously the most powerful I’ve seen!

Many fans consider Satoru Gojo’s Domain Expansion the most powerful in Jujutsu Kaisen. However, the sequel series, Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo, which takes place 68 years later, introduces Yuka Okkotsu, who has the potential to exceed Gojo’s abilities. Yuka is the granddaughter of Yuta Okkotsu and Maki Zenin, and currently possesses the powerful Ten Shadows technique, a cursed technique inherited from the Zenin Clan.

Gojo Satoru Held The Ultimate One-Shot Domain Expansion Called Unlimited Void That Extended From The Limitless

In the world of Jujutsu Kaisen, Unlimited Void is widely considered the strongest Domain Expansion. While both it and Malevolent Shrine are incredibly dangerous, Gojo Satoru made it clear during their battle in the Shinjuku Shodown that his Limitless technique was overall much more powerful.

Gojo’s technique, Unlimited Void, overwhelms opponents by flooding their brains with an immense amount of information within his domain. This overload causes complete paralysis, rendering them helpless. Even incredibly powerful beings like Ryomen Sukuna are vulnerable; prolonged exposure to Unlimited Void means certain defeat. As seen in Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 230 (released July 31, 2023), Sukuna sustained significant damage from less than 10 seconds of exposure, preventing him from using his own domain and causing him to bleed from the eyes.

Gojo Satoru describes his technique, the Unlimited Void, as a place where perception and communication are absolute. He explains it’s a cruel irony – you’re given everything, yet powerless to act, and essentially experience a slow death. It’s a state where your actions are predetermined and inescapable.

Gojo’s Unlimited Void is incredibly powerful – essentially a guaranteed one-hit kill for anyone caught inside it for very long. However, in the future timeline of Modulo, Yuka Okkotsu, with his Ten Shadows technique, might develop a Domain Expansion that’s even more devastating.

Yuka Okkotsu’s Chimera Shadow Garden Can Surpass Gojo’s Unlimited Void If She Tames Mahoraga With Rika

As we’ve seen, Yuka possesses the Ten Shadows technique, meaning her Domain Expansion will likely be Chimera Shadow Garden – the same one as Megumi Fushiguro. While Megumi couldn’t fully develop his Domain Expansion, Yuka might succeed. She’s demonstrated an advanced mastery of the Ten Shadows, even summoning Shikigami powers without fully materializing them, suggesting she has the potential to complete the Domain Expansion that eluded Megumi, despite his considerable abilities.

Furthermore, if Yuka manages to master all Shikigami, even the incredibly powerful Mahoraga who can adapt to anything, her Domain Expansion will become virtually unbeatable. Within her domain, she’ll have complete control over the Shadows and, crucially, be able to summon any Shikigami as many times as she needs. We first saw a similar ability when Megumi Fushiguro used his Chimera Shadow Garden in chapter 58 of the manga (published May 13, 2019, in Weekly Shonen Jump issue 24) to repeatedly summon multiple copies of the same shadow against a Sukuna Finger bearer.

Focus on releasing your cursed energy, even if the shadows aren’t perfectly shaped yet. Just let them come forward.

Within Yuka’s domain, opponents could face several Mahoraga simultaneously. Considering how dangerous even one Mahoraga is—constantly adapting and attacking—the prospect of multiple ones is overwhelming. Even incredibly powerful sorcerers like Gojo Satoru or Ryomen Sukuna would struggle against such a Domain Expansion. Their strongest attacks might defeat a single Mahoraga, but facing many, along with creatures like Agito—a nearly unkillable beast first seen in Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 233 (published in Weekly Shonen Jump #39 on August 28, 2023)—would be an insurmountable challenge.

Yuka Okkotsu Needs To Master Mahoraga To Gain The Strongest Domain Expansion Ever

Honestly, I’m starting to think Yuka’s Domain Expansion could be the most overpowered we’ve ever seen in Jujutsu Kaisen, but there’s a huge catch: she needs to tame Mahoraga. And that’s…well, basically impossible. No one in the Zenin family has ever managed it! There’s been some speculation that Megumi had a connection through Sukuna, but we haven’t gotten confirmation on that. Either way, Yuka would need something truly incredible to pull it off, and I really think Rika is the key to making it happen.

Okay, so Mahoraga is seriously something else. Basically, it can adapt to anything thrown at it – any attack, any situation, you name it. The narrator in the manga even calls it the ‘ultimate counterattack,’ and honestly, that’s putting it mildly! It’s like nothing can actually beat Mahoraga because it just evolves to overcome whatever you try. It’s a terrifying ability, and a huge reason why it’s considered such a threat.

The recent Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo storyline, created by Gege Akutami and Yuji Iwasaki, establishes how Yuka will eventually gain control of Rika. Once Yuka has access to Rika’s abilities, subduing Mahoraga will likely be simple for her. Chapter 19 of Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo revealed that Rika’s power is identical to Yuji Itadori’s Dismantle, meaning she’s fully capable of defeating Mahoraga, particularly since she understands its weaknesses.

“You just worry about where to aim, I’ll handle how much it hurts.” — Rika, responding to Yuji’s attack in Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo Chapter 19.

Yuka possesses the potential to control Mahoraga, and combining that ability with the Chimera Shadow Garden – the Zenin Clan’s strongest Domain Expansion – could result in the most powerful Domain Expansion in Jujutsu Kaisen. While Unlimited Void is incredibly strong, a fully realized Chimera Shadow Garden should be even more powerful, making Yuka a particularly fascinating character to watch as the story of Jujutsu Kaisen continues.
