Jujutsu Kaisen Sets Up The Return Of The Real Strongest Character In Modulo

This article contains spoilers from the JJK Modulo series.

Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo has been a fantastic experience for fans. The series really showcases Gege Akutami’s talent for creating a rich world and compelling characters. Even though it’s a short manga, the quality of Akutami’s work remains exceptionally high.

Currently, the story of JJK Modulo centers around the escalating conflict between humans and the Simurians. With tensions rising, particularly after the shooting of Cross, war appears unavoidable. Before the war begins, however, we’ll likely see the showdown between Yuka Okkotsu and Dabura reach its conclusion. This fight seems heavily tilted in Yuka’s favor, especially since she made a Binding Vow and summoned Mahoraga. This creates a critical need for a powerful sorcerer to intervene. Unfortunately, Gojo Satoru is no longer able to fight, and it’s up to Yuji Itadori to prove he’s worthy of being Gojo’s student and take on this challenge.

Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo Will Officially Bring Back Yuji Itadori To Fight Dabura

Yuji Itadori Will Come Back To Fight Against Dabura

It’s been confirmed in JJK Modulo that Yuji Itadori is not only alive, but also stronger than ever. Because he consumed Death Paintings 4-9, his body has changed – he’s no longer aging like a normal human. This makes sense considering Yuji was the ideal host for Sukuna, indicating his body is uniquely powerful.

It was a long time ago, probably during the Edo or Keicho period—I can’t quite remember. But the heads of the Gojo and Zenin families fought each other, before things were more organized. Back then, the Gojo family leader had a powerful ability similar to my Six Eyes, and the Zenin family leader used a technique like your Ten Shadows. Do you understand what I’m getting at?

According to information from JJK Modulo, it seems highly likely that Yuji Itadori will eventually come back to the story. A return after the fight between Yuka and Dabura wouldn’t fit, as his role would no longer be necessary. The best time for Yuji to reappear in Jujutsu Kaisen is now, before the next major battle begins.

Yuka Vs Dabura Cannot Be Allowed To Happen

  • Yuka Is Currently In A Suspended State
  • Her Death Has Been Signed Already

Honestly, the fight between Yuka and Dabura is so intense, but it really can’t be allowed to finish. There are two big reasons why. First, if this battle goes all the way, Yuka would immediately die, and Tsurugi desperately wants her to enjoy her final three months. It’s a terrible situation because either way, she’s doomed! If Mahoraga wins against Dabura, the ritual will kill Yuka. But if Mahoraga doesn’t win, Dabura will finish her off. She’s already got such a limited time left, it would be awful for her to die even sooner than expected.

It happened a while ago, probably during the Edo period or maybe even earlier – I can’t quite remember. But the heads of both the Gojo and Zenin families fought each other, and it wasn’t a typical battle. Back then, the Gojo family leader had a powerful technique with the Six Eyes, just like me, and the Zenin family leader was skilled in the Ten Shadows Technique, similar to you, Megumi. Do you understand what I’m getting at?

The main reason she can’t fight Dabura all-out is that doing so would actually hinder her progress towards becoming stronger than Yuta. Using a Binding Vow artificially boosts Yuka’s power, which isn’t the genuine growth she’s striving for. Yuji Itadori needs to come back and prove he’s the most powerful sorcerer, and ultimately save Yuka’s life.

Yuji Could Die In The Fight Against Dabura

Yuji Itadori needs to return to finish his personal story. It’s been revealed he can’t die, which has made him upset because he can’t honor his grandfather’s dying wish and constantly witnesses the deaths of his friends.

Dabura’s cursed techniques involve both darkness and light. This technique is essentially materialized killing intent—something humans can’t even begin to comprehend—and has been passed down through the Deskunte Tribe, as explained in Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo Chapter 15.

I’m really anticipating Yuji breaking free from his current situation, and a fight with Dabura feels like the perfect way for him to do it. It’s become clear that Dabura is the only opponent left who poses a genuine threat to Yuji in a direct fight, so this showdown is essential. It looks like Jujutsu Kaisen is setting us up for another incredible battle between the strongest characters, and I’m sure it will be an amazing fight to watch.
