Jurassic Park Survival Looks to Be Aiming 2025 Release Window

As a long-time fan of the Jurassic Park franchise, I must admit my anticipation for Saber Interactive’s Jurassic Park: Survival has been growing steadily since its announcement last year. The trailer promised an immersive, action-packed adventure that would take us back to Isla Nublar in a whole new way.

10 months ago, Saber Interactive unveiled Jurassic Park: Survival, a fresh single-player, first-person action-adventure title, featuring Dr. Maya Joshi as the main character. At its debut, the trailer was impressive, but since then, there’s been no news about the game.

Previously in March, Tim Willits, COO of Saber Interactive, assured that the game was not being scrapped and development was progressing smoothly without any complications. Currently, it appears the game might launch around 2025, a timeline that aligns with the anticipated release of Jurassic Park Rebirth film in July of the same year.

Is There a Chance of Jurassic Park Survival Releasing in 2024?

According to Film Affinity, a platform that keeps tabs on both film and video game releases, Jurassic Park Survival is predicted for 2025. The possibility of its release in 2024, as previously suggested by Saber, was dismissed back in June. Since then, there has been no further news or updates about the game’s status.

If you’re not familiar with the action game titled Jurassic Park Survival, here’s its summary: You’ll find yourself back on Isla Nublar, a day after the events depicted in the 1993 classic film Jurassic Park. Embark on an entirely new journey that spans 65 million years. In this single-player action-adventure game, you’ll play as Dr. Maya Joshi, an InGen scientist who was unable to leave Isla Nublar after the chaos. Your mission is to survive the exhilarating first-person action and uncover a story that has never been told before.

Besides introducing a fresh game connected to the movie series, Saber Interactive has also launched two other titles – Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 and John Carpenter’s Toxic Commando.
