As a seasoned fan of Kaiju series, I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing some truly remarkable creatures throughout the years. Among them all, none have left me as in awe and captivated as the enigmatic Kaiju No. 4. With its massive size, yet unmatched speed and the ability to fly, it was a force unlike any other.

In an intriguing twist, Kaiju No. 8 is set in a Japan that regularly grapples with the menace of colossal sea creatures, referred to as Kaiju, intent on annihilating mankind. These monsters manifest in various forms, but the most powerful among them are identified as Daikaiju.

In the intriguing world of “Kaiju No. 8,” these monstrous antagonists are renowned for being the mightiest foes, inflicting destruction on an unprecedented scale. Their power is so immense that they’re recognized through a numbering system. With Kafka’s transformation leading to his designation as Kaiju No. 8, it’s worth exploring the events surrounding the monsters ranked from 1 to 7. These powerful adversaries set the stage for Kafka’s transformative power-up.

Fortitude 9.0

The world’s first known Kaiju, referred to as Kaiju No. 1, was a powerful adversary with the nickname ‘The Future Sight Kaiju’. This Kaiju’s unique ability set it apart. It had been active much earlier than the current story’s timeline, making it the oldest recorded Kaiju encounter. Unfortunately for us, this ancient enemy was already defeated by the Defense Force long ago.

In terms of its physical form, this menacing figure is enormous and boasts bulging muscles, its gray hide adorned with numerous orifices revealing a horde of eyes. Although the character Isao Shinomiya in the narrative only briefly touched upon it, he described it as an immensely powerful creature whose assaults were believed to be unavoidable. Its extraordinary vision grants it an uncanny ability to anticipate opponents’ actions with remarkable precision. By processing this information swiftly and accurately, it can predict their next move, effectively giving it a kind of prescience that amplifies the peril of its attacks.

Numbers Weapon

The Numbers Weapon, crafted from the first-ever discovered Kaiju, was uniquely designated as such due to this Kaiju’s groundbreaking status. This particular suit is currently donned by Gen Narumi, commander of the First Defense Force Division. Unlike Kaiju No. 1, who lacked this ability, the suit grants Gen Narumi an enhanced and refined form of precognition. It can detect subtle changes in electron movement and temperature shifts.

As a gamer, I can rephrase that text like this: In my game world, Kaiju No. 2 was the second colossal monster, or Daikaiju, to wreak havoc on Japan. Delving into the specifics of when this assault occurred adds an intriguing layer to our ongoing struggle against these beasts, as this arrogant Kaiju struck in the year 1972. Following its subjugation by the Defense Force, it was repurposed as a Numbers Weapon, a formidable weapon at the disposal of Isao Shinomiya. However, it has since been assimilated by Kaiju No. 9.

The monster boasted an impressive size with a head characterized by bony structures and immense power, reminiscent of a dinosaur’s. Its rotund and robust body, though seemingly cumbersome, added to its defensive prowess as Kaiju No. 2 was renowned for its unyielding resilience. Moreover, it possessed the ability to unleash formidable sonic and energy blasts from its formidable frame, akin to electric currents issuing from its mouth.

Numbers Weapon

Similar to Kaiju No. 1, this monster’s power and core were transformed into lethal weapons, usable only by someone as formidable as Isao Shinomiya. The Kaiju-derived armor and gloves granted Isao access to its energy and sonic assaults, capable of matching Kafka in his monstrous state. Yet, both the armor and its abilities were eventually assimilated by Kaiju No. 9.

Among the colossal Kaiju creatures, Kaiju No. 4 stood out due to its distinct features. Despite its enormous size, it was incredibly swift and could take flight. Its body bore a resemblance to a centipede, adorned with numerous wings on its back, enabling it to move at remarkable speeds. These characteristics were mirrored in its Numbers Weapon. After the Kaiju was defeated by the Defense Force, the weapon was bestowed upon Hikari Shinomiya and eventually inherited by her daughter long after her demise.

Numbers Weapon

As a seasoned member of the Defense Force, I’ve seen my fair share of powerful weapons and daikaijus. But among all the gear I’ve used, Numbers Weapon 4 stands out as the most remarkable. This suit, crafted from the leftovers of a formidable kaiju, is unlike anything I’ve ever encountered.

Fortitude 9.6
Current User Reno Ichikawa

As a devoted fan, I can’t help but be in awe of Kaiju No. 6’s formidable strength. Among all the Kaiju in the series, none come close to its astounding 9.6 Fortitude Level, second only to Kaiju No. 8’s impressive 9.8. Witnessing this colossal power firsthand left an indelible mark on the world, earning Kaiju No. 6 the prestigious title of ‘The King of Kaiju’.

Kaiju No. 6, with its unmatched capability to generate and control ice, poses an unprecedented threat to the Defense Force. Its destructive spree is still a topic of horror stories, taking the lives of notable individuals such as Hikari Shinomiya, leaving behind an infamous legacy that makes invoking its name taboo for many. The monster’s strength was so overpowering that even after its demise and transformation into a Numbers Weapon, none could wield it due to insufficient power.

Numbers Weapon

Due to the overwhelming power of the Kaiju, the Defense Force couldn’t utilize its Numbers Weapon for an extended period. This formidable weapon was consequently kept in cold storage for a prolonged time, despite being highly valued by the Defense Force as their most potent asset. Nowadays, Reno Ichikawa employs this weapon, enabling him to harness and control the Kaiju’s unique ability of cryokinesis, generating and managing snowstorms and ice at his disposal.
