Kaya’s Prophecy is getting a Steam Next Fest demo

The game development company, Yogscast Games, has shared that the card-focused village construction game, Kaya’s Prophecy, will soon be available for trial during Steam Next Fest.

Developed by Jeremie and Thibaut, Kaya’s Prophecy showcases vibrant visuals and is characterized as a “village building game using cards that also incorporates deckbuilding combat, with the intriguing twist of needing to placate an all-knowing, omnipresent deity.

Contestants can test their skills by living through a ruthless wilderness adventure, equipped solely with a pack of playing cards and a few sacrificial offerings for their tribe, all while vying for victory. However, they must ensure that their deity remains content… in other words, maintain favorable divine relations.

The prophetic game “Kaya’s Prophecy” will soon be available on Steam for personal computers. Excitingly, a demo of this game will debut during the Steam Next Festival in February, commencing on the 24th.
