Keeper Fire Wheel Walkthrough

Once players finish the boat section in *Keeper*, they’ll be left with just their light. But this isn’t a setback – the light transforms into a fiery wheel. Like previous parts of the game, this new section features puzzles, and this guide will help players solve them all.

In Keeper’s flaming wheel section, you progress by collecting energy from fire flowers, eliminating red growths by approaching them, and merging with blooming flowers to concentrate your light.

Keeper Flaming Wheel Walkthrough

Once you’re driving, move forward and use ramps to jump over any gaps. Hitting the pink eyes with a boost will break them, and you’ll need to do this to get past certain ramps during the beginning of the level.

Players will encounter a challenge that demonstrates how the fire wheel works: rolling into a flaming flower briefly powers up the wheel, allowing it to break through obstacles. To try it out, roll into the flower on the right, then accelerate towards the barrier.

Okay, so I went into the next room and headed straight for that fenced-off section in the middle. I boosted into the pink eye on the right to take it out. Then, I touched the flaming flower just beyond where the eye was, and used my charge to light up the flower *inside* the fenced area. After that, another boost into the next pink eye! I just followed the trail of flowers, lighting each one as I went, and then boosted right into the barrier at the end. Pretty straightforward!

If you lose the ability to light up the flowers along the path, just go back to the glowing flower inside the fenced area.

Players will slide down a chute. At the bottom, turn right to get a power-up from a fiery flower, then head back to light up three more flowers and collect even more power-ups. After that, use your boost to break through the barrier.

Head towards the bright, fiery flower that’s moving forward and to the right. Once you’re past it, hit the green bubbles to get a boost that will help you jump over the water and light up the flower. Keep following the path, lighting up more flowers and using the green bubbles to bounce along, until you reach a barrier you can break.

The image above shows players should go down to stay on the main path. If they choose to go up, they’ll find a small area with a shrine they can interact with.

Okay, so I just went down another slide and rolled up the wall to find this glowing door. Once I was in the next room, I rolled to the right, then up and to the left to get to a really cool, flaming flower! I grabbed its energy and took it down the hall, which set off a chain reaction – all these other flowers lit up and blasted away a barrier. It was awesome!

Once you’re through the gate, head down and to the left to reach an area full of purple flowers. Climb up the back wall of this flowerbed to find a path leading to another gate. Beyond that gate, collect energy from the three flowers, then use that energy to destroy the obstacle at the back of the flowerbed.

Slide down the next tunnel and jump towards the red plant at the end to unlock the door. Continue through the tunnel and head towards the green opening to go through a passageway. Use the following green opening to continue to the left and enter the room blocked by a barrier.

Approach the red plant on the left to make the red flower bloom. Then, roll into the open flower to connect the wheel to it. Finally, shine your light on the barrier to unlock the path to the next room.

The Chute Room

The next room is the trickiest part of the flaming wheel challenge, and here’s how to solve it.

  1. Boost through the pink eye on the right, roll down the chute, and come into contact with the red growth.
  2. Continue down the chute and hold right at the fork.
  3. After landing on the platform, enter the pink flower to fuse with it.
  4. Focus your light on the unlit flower to ignite it and the barrier to destroy it.
  5. Roll through the ignited flower, down the chute, and into a second barrier.
  6. Contact the red growth beyond the barrier, and roll to the flower that ignites.
  7. Use the charge from the flower to break the adjacent barrier.
  8. Grab a charge from the flower, head up the ramp (igniting flowers along the way), and hit the barrier to the left.
  9. Use the ramp that was cleared to activate two red growths, then backtrack to the area where you just destroyed the barrier.
  10. Two flowers will now be open near the barrier-covered wall. Fuse with them and focus your light on the barriers to clear them.
  11. Enter the green opening at ground level, enter the green opening on the right, roll past the green opening on the right to hit a bounce platform, and enter yet another green opening.
  12. Destroy the red growth, bounce across the gap on the right, and enter the green opening at the top of the ramp.
  13. Follow the path to the left, destroy the red growth at the end, enter the flower that opens, and focus your light on the barrier.
  14. Head up the ramp that is revealed and follow the path to reach another red growth to be destroyed.
  15. Grab a charge from the flaming flower and destroy the nearby barrier.

You’re now back where you started, and the door on the other side of the room has unlocked. Just slide down the chutes to get to it and walk through.

Advance along the path, eliminating the red growths and merging with any open flowers you find. Direct light onto the barriers as you go. At the end, you’ll reach a circular area. Light the flowers surrounding it, then roll into the center.

Fire Wheel Boss

Once you’ve fallen through the rainbow-colored tunnel, roll into the three red, mushroom-like shapes on the wall. Then, drop through the opening you create and continue along the path until you reach the boss. Here’s how to defeat it:

  1. Roll right to destroy a red growth and open a flower.
  2. Roll left to enter the flower, and focus your light on the root blocking the path to the left.
  3. Roll left and follow the path that travels upward.
  4. Roll right at the top to destroy another red growth and ignite a flower.
  5. Roll left, come into contact with the flaming flower, and roll right to break through several roots.
  6. After reaching the top level, roll into the three flowers that open and focus your light on the boss’s arms.

Once the boss is defeated, players just need to follow a short path to reach the lighthouse. This triggers the next chapter of the *Keeper* story and unlocks a brand new transformation for players.
