Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 – How to Complete All’s Fair

In the upcoming game “Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2,” Henry will encounter a challenging side-mission where he must employ his cunning and deception skills skillfully. However, unlike before, this time it is for a noble purpose: preventing an unfortunate man from marrying the village bully, ensuring his true love remains untouched.

For those experiencing difficulties in finishing this side-mission, this guide provides essential details about where to locate the necessary loot for the theft, as well as every potential outcome of this operation. To kick things off, let’s dive straight into the specific spot for this supplementary objective.

Where To Start All’s Fair In KCD2

To begin All’s Fair… players must journey to Wysoka, one of the hamlets located in the southwestern corner of Kuttenberg, and engage with Hired Hand Pavel to discuss his challenging love predicament.

Pavel admires Ursula, and it appears that she feels the same way (though it’s just rumors), but there’s a hitch – Ursula is betrothed to the village bully, and Pavel needs more chances to show he deserves her. Henry, at a loss for what to do, decides to secretly take some items from around the village and pin them on Pivetz, Ursula’s fiancé, in hopes that it will cause her parents to call off the engagement.

Without a doubt, this task demands quiet moves and cunning actions, as players must tread carefully to avoid detection or the mission will be unsuccessful. Pavel provides Henry with the key to the Vejmola residence, thus bypassing the need for a Lockpicking mini-game. To aid in your thievery, grab Henry’s black attire, some Quickfinger Potions, Lockpicks, and Saviour Schnapps – let’s get ready for another heist.

How To Complete All’s Fair In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

In the world of KCD2, I’ll be tasked with a challenging mission: snatching four hidden treasures and rescuing a fifth one nestled within a Magpie’s lair across Wysoka. As the clock strikes twelve, I’ll need to slip away from the guards and set out on this daring adventure. Here are the items I’m after:

1. The elusive treasure hidden in the shadows of Wysoka.
2. A trinket tucked away in a secluded corner of the village.
3. A precious artifact, guarded jealously by the townsfolk.
4. A valuable token concealed somewhere within the dense woods surrounding Wysoka.
5. And finally, the Magpie’s prize, nestled high above ground in its nest.

Let the stealthy hunt begin!

  • Ursula’s Mom Rosary
  • Bohuska’s Ring
  • Father Anthony’s Alchemy Book
  • Cobbler Vejmola’s Boots
  • Vejmola’s Lost Medallion

How To Recover Vejmola’s Lost Medallion

Initially, players should aim to acquire Vejmola’s Medallion. This valuable item can be found by venturing to Bohuska’s Ring landmark and searching the yard of a specific house for a bird’s nest. Once there, sneak up undetected and carefully toss a stone at the nest to dislodge it, allowing you to retrieve the medallion hidden within.

It’s suggested that players acquire the item during the daytime, followed by waiting until nightfall to sneak past Bohuska and retrieve her ring, which is situated near the tree housing a Magpie’s nest.

How To Find Bohuska’s Ring

Upon reaching Bohuska’s house now, players are enabled to inspect a table laden with freshly baked Pies and Poppy Seed Kolaches, rather than searching for the ring or stealing from Bohuska (who is asleep). They should opt to turn right from the entrance instead.

If attentive players listen carefully to Bohuska’s speech during her slumber, they might discern her uttering: “The Ring… The Dough…” which implies she has misplaced her ring while baking.

In simpler terms, “Go ahead and take a bite from the Poppy Seed Kolach until the game is over. This way, the players will have effectively ‘completed the mission’, albeit not in the grand medieval heist they had envisioned.

How To Steal Father Anthony’s Book

Afterward, players must sneak into Father Anthony’s home to grab the Alchemy Book belonging to High Priest Wysoka. Be cautious as the house is protected by Guard Dogs, so it would be wise to drink Aesop Potion before trying to enter. If players possess a high level of Houndmaster skill and have the Dog’s Best Friend perk, they can avoid triggering the dogs or alerting guards and homeowners about Henry’s presence.

Currently, retrieve the key to unlock the back door, then locate Anthony’s bedroom. You’ll find the displayed book to the left of his study table. Grab it quietly and make your exit undetected by the guards on patrol, keeping a low profile as you move around the neighborhood.

How To Steal The Cobbler’s Boots

As a gamer, I can confidently say this heist is a breeze compared to the others. All I need to do is use Pavel’s provided key to gain access to the residence, take a right, open the room’s door, and voila! There, against the wall, you’ll find the coveted Fine boots of Cobbler Vejmola waiting to be picked up and swiftly taken away.

It’s advisable for individuals to make sure they close the door behind them when leaving the house, because a security guard frequently circles the property. If he notices the door left open, he’ll inform the homeowners, and before long, the entire town will be in an elevated state of readiness.

How To Steal Ursula’s Mother Rosary

To obtain Ursula’s Mother Rosary, players will first have to break into a marked house. Once inside, they should focus on the room where a couple is peacefully asleep. Next, players will need to sneakily take the keys from Ursula’s mother, which are specifically for the chest and door. In simpler terms, this means that players will be stealing Ursula’s Mother Rosary by picking her pockets to get hold of both the chest and door keys.

Afterwards, they should switch to the other side of the bed where there’s a chest resembling the ones found in every tavern and resting point for adventurers. Once opened, select the item known as the Gemstone Rosary.

After acquiring all five objects, players need to revisit Pavel now, as they ready themselves for four distinct possibilities within the All’s Fair mission.

Should You Give The Stolen Items To Pavel Or Money For His Apprenticeship?

To conclude the game All’s Fair, players must revisit Pavel. Upon interacting with him, they will quickly discern there’s amiss. Unlike initially planned, Pavel shows no interest in utilizing the items for their intended purpose. If players probe further by conducting a thorough investigation (Hard Check), Pavel will disclose his scheme: he intends to peddle the pilfered goods and abandon Ursula.

Currently, players find themselves with two distinct options: Either they can send all the items to the underworld by giving them to Pavel, or they could propose paying 1000 Groschen for his apprenticeship to prevent him from turning into a common thief like Henry.

Players have the option to exclude Pavel from salvation, leaving him without his possessions and cash – this is the third possible scenario, and one of the unfavorable ones. Another unfavorable choice for players is to betray Pavel by discussing his predicament with Pivetz, Ursula’s Fiancé. However, this decision will lead to a failed quest as well.

Instead of choosing the plan where we paid 1000 Groschens initially, we opted for keeping the items temporarily so as to later return them to their original owners. Therefore, Pavel will inform Henry about the necessity of returning these items to Father Anthony.

Players will earn both Strength and Unarmed Skill experience points, in addition to their Agility and Thievery experience gained during the quest. However, prior to returning the stolen items to Father Anthony, be sure to peruse the High Priest’s Alchemical Tome to gain an additional level in Alchemy.

Additionally, by returning the items to the priest in a manner befitting a faithful individual, he will offer players some additional Scholarly Points, and can then be accessed as a Journeyman Alchemy and Scholarship Skill Instructor. Ultimately, this scenario offers the most advantageous outcome with the highest rewards.
