Kirby Air Riders is a game that will keep completionists busy for a long time, with tons of challenges and collectibles to find. However, a few of the tasks might be confusing because the instructions aren’t always clear.
I struggled with one of the final challenges in Kirby Air Riders’ Road Trip mode – launching off a ‘super-jump ramp.’ It’s surprisingly easy to finish Road Trip mode completely, even multiple times, without ever finding this ramp! Thankfully, I discovered two of them in different levels, so this guide will show you what it is and where to find one to complete the challenge.
How to Find a Super-Jump Ramp in Kirby Air Riders
Road Trip!
Players have been reporting that the Super-Jump Ramp in Road Trip mode is only found on the Metro Motorway level in stage 3. However, we’ve discovered one on stage 7 in the Silent Side Street location, in addition to Metro Motorway. We’re not sure if these are the only places the ramp appears, but it’s all we know for now.
Keep an eye out for the Super-Jump Ramp while driving between levels! It appears randomly on the road, similar to cannons, explosives, and other collectibles. You can identify it by the circular pad with two upward-pointing arrows. When you hit the ramp, you’ll jump far ahead and gain a small boost to your gliding ability, letting you fly a little further with your vehicle.
People are saying a special ramp appears if you struggle with the challenges, but we saw it even when we were doing well. So, it’s unclear what actually causes it to show up.
What’s the Reward for Completing the Super-Jump Ramp Challenge?
New Icon
You might expect a big reward for completing this challenge, but you actually receive a new icon for your License Card, featuring one of Kirby’s classic foes. Check it out!
