Summary
- Kizaru and Sentomaru have a shared past, setting up an emotional fight in Episode 1125.
- Kizaru will likely defeat Sentomaru due to his motivation to not disappoint Saint Jay Garcia Saturn.
- Luffy is expected to face off against Kizaru next and has grown significantly stronger to challenge the Admiral.
In the One Piece saga, the Straw Hat Pirates managed to overpower both York and the Seraphim during episode 1124. With time running out, the crew was on a mission to apprehend York who was attempting to destroy other satellites, including the primary one.
Thankfully, Nico Robin and Atlas managed to locate York, and they acted swiftly to halt her progress. This was followed by an exchange between Luffy and the Five Elders. As events unfolded, viewers watched as the Marines inched towards the island, deploying their Sea Beast Weapons. The episode concluded with a suspenseful moment, leaving us on tenterhooks as Kizaru charged towards Sentomaru.
Sentomaru And Kizaru Know Each Other Well
The Two Met Many Years Prior To The Current Timeline
As an observer, it’s quite striking to notice that Sentomaru addressed Kizaru as ‘uncle.’ This affectionate term suggests a relationship beyond their organizational ties, perhaps one rooted in deeper personal connections. A brief flashback scene even shows them walking side by side, which strengthens this theory.
Given their past encounters, the confrontation between them is likely to be deeply emotional. What makes this clash particularly fascinating is the question of how Sentomaru will react to Kizaru. Unlike Akainu, the Admiral may not be as brutal, but he is undeniably unpredictable. Initially appearing laid-back during the Sabaody arc, Kizaru was thought to be lenient towards lawbreakers. However, fans’ opinions shifted drastically when he mercilessly attacked several Supernovas. His actions suggested an unyielding force of nature, one that would relentlessly pursue submission from all.
Here I go, Sentomaru-kun! —Kizaru
Based on Kizaru’s character, it’s uncertain how he might engage in this battle. If he decides to use all of his abilities, Sentomaru is likely to lose. However, if he chooses to restrain himself, it would provide the Straw Hat Pirates with extra time to escape the island and rescue Dr. Vegapunk and his satellites.
One primary factor causing Kizaru’s inability to restrain himself is the presence of Saint Jaygarcia Saturn on the island. Usually, the Admiral might consider his actions more carefully or even find a way to deceive, but with Saturn around, he cannot engage in such deceit.
Given Kizaru’s full-force attack, it seems quite clear that Sentomaru is in a tough spot. Despite his boasts of possessing the world’s strongest defense, the Admiral should find him manageable. Therefore, viewers can anticipate the fight to conclude in Episode 1125.
What Will Happen After The Fight?
After defeating Sentomaru, Kizaru will have the liberty to traverse the island and pursue other satellites and pirates. It’s clear that another fighter needs to take action to limit Kizaru’s influence on the island. There are numerous powerful combatants on Egghead Island, but only one of them has the ability to restrain Kizaru.
In the latest sneak peek for Egghead Island, it’s clear who the fighter is – none other than Monkey D. Luffy. Luffy was seen battling against Kizaru, giving him an opportunity to right past wrongs and avenge himself against Kizaru, who had previously embarrassed him with his actions as an Admiral.
It’s clear that the Straw Hat Pirates managed to survive due to the intervention of Silvers Rayleigh and Bartholomew Kuma. In their absence, Kizaru would have captured the entire Straw Hat crew and sent them to Impel Down. This ordeal was undeniably distressing for the whole team, but this time, things will take a different turn.
Luffy Has Become A Lot Stronger

Luffy has grown immensely powerful and now holds his own alongside the elite. His mastery of all three forms of Haki marks him as a unique character in the series, and he also wields the Devil Fruit known as Nika-Nika no Mi, granting him divine powers akin to those of the Sun God.
As a fervent admirer, I can’t help but exclaim: I’ve witnessed Luffy’s incredible mastery over his Devil Fruit abilities! Now, he effortlessly switches between various gears without any drawbacks. His clash with Kaido, one of the world’s mightiest beings, has given him a tantalizing taste of what it feels like to stand toe-to-toe with such power. Consequently, I’m optimistic that Luffy will have few difficulties besting Kizaru!
