Laevatain is a powerful damage dealer in Arknights: Endfield, specializing in Heat damage. To maximize her effectiveness, she benefits from teammates who provide a mix of support and damage boosts. While building a team for her is generally straightforward, knowing the types of units she needs is key. We’ll now highlight what many consider to be Laevatain’s strongest team composition in Arknights: Endfield.
Laevatain Best Team In Arknights Endfield
Laevatain + Akekuri + Antal + Ardelia
Within this team, she’s the primary damage dealer, and everyone focuses on boosting her attack power. Akekuri is responsible for applying the ‘Heat’ status effect, as the main character struggles to do so on her own. She needs to use her Ultimate ability to start applying Heat herself. Plus, once Akekuri applies Heat, Antal immediately follows up with another stack of the effect.
If Laevatain damages enemies with Heat Infliction, she’ll absorb them to gain Melting Flame stacks, allowing her to progress to the final stage of the fight more quickly. Additionally, the Heat Infliction she absorbs lets her bypass enemies’ Heat resistance, making it crucial to include this ability in her strategy.
Akekuri and Antal both boost Laevatain’s damage, but they do it differently. Akekuri’s weapons and equipment provide these benefits. Antal, however, uses his own abilities. His Battle Skill applies a debuff called Focus, making enemies more vulnerable to Heat damage from Laevatain. Plus, Antal’s ultimate ability increases the Heat damage dealt by both Laevatain and Akekuri.
Ardelia is a key character for Laevatain teams in Endfield, despite being a Nature damage dealer. Her main role in Arknights: Endfield is to apply and absorb the Corrosion status effect. When she does, she weakens enemies, making them more vulnerable to Heat damage from the rest of the team. Crucially, applying Corrosion also activates Laevatain’s powerful Combo Skill, significantly increasing damage output. Ardelia further supports the team with her skills, providing much-needed survivability and making this Laevatain team well-rounded and effective.
What makes this Laevatain team so good is that it’s incredibly strong in Arknights Endfield – and you can build it without spending any money! Akekuri and Antal are common 4-star characters you’ll get frequently, and Ardelia is a free 6-star character who comes with a free 6-star weapon, making her exceptionally valuable. If you prefer, you can swap Akekuri for Wulfgard, another great free-to-play option for inflicting Heat with his skills.
Battle Skill Priority
Akekuri > Antal > Laevatain > Ardelia
In battles, it’s best to have Akekuri and Antal use their abilities first. Akekuri might need to use her ability repeatedly to build up Heat Infliction, which Laevatain then turns into extra damage. Antal should apply his Focus debuff at the beginning of the fight and then reapply it at the start of each round.
