This update for League of Legends is designed to breathe new life into the game’s meta by providing a series of buffs tailored to underperforming champions. As a passionate League of Legends player, I’m excited about the updates in Patch 25.11. This patch primarily focuses on adjusting champions who’ve been lagging behind, as well as reining in a few that have been overpowering. For instance, Aatrox has received a combination of changes: His passive’s max HP damage has been decreased from 12% to 8%, but the bonus on his Q’s sweet spot has increased from 60% to 70%. Furthermore, his W now deals physical damage instead of magic. On the other hand, Annie is receiving more early-game durability with an increase in her base armor from 19 to 23. However, her armor scaling has been reduced, and her W’s max rank damage has been decreased.

In this latest update, Garen has been given a larger focus. To excel in prolonged battles, Riot Games adjusted his gameplay by reducing Judgment’s cooldown and enhancing the active of Courage, allowing him to absorb more damage. However, to balance these improvements, they reduced his burst potential: the critical strike scaling on E has been toned down, and his ultimate’s base damage decreased from 450 to 350. Diana, who was having difficulties in the League of Legends jungle, particularly without early Fated Ashes, is now receiving assistance. Her passive’s monster damage has been boosted from 225% to 260%, improving her clear speed. Lastly, Kassadin received a slight increase in base armor and damage on E, but the AP scaling for Riftwalk was adjusted downwards from 90% to 78%.

Just one item in the game League of Legends has been adjusted: Horizon Focus now costs 100 gold less (2800 instead of 2900) and offers an additional 5 ability power (raising the total to 115). Additionally, there are several minor tweaks, bug fixes, and significant visual upgrades for the Black Rose skins. Characters like Vladimir, Samira, Renata Glasc, and Elise have received model, texture, and VFX enhancements to make their skins feel more refined and in line with their themes. In essence, while this update doesn’t drastically change things, it does fine-tune champion balance for a more streamlined and consistent gameplay experience.
