A pirate captain as saltworthy as any would acknowledge that wisdom equals strength, and Majima, once a yakuza now a pirate captain, is no exception to this rule. Though the Goro Pirates, led by Majima, may appear more muscle than mind, appearances can be misleading.

To strive to be an exceptional pirate captain, Majima is constantly seeking additional learning opportunities. Similar to its two predecessors, “Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza” includes the Ounabara Vocational School, where you can demonstrate your mastery of various subjects.

This guide serves as a shortcut for finding the correct answers in any exam you encounter, whether you believe learning is undervalued or prefer to find an easier path to success on your tests and secure Ikari’s recruitment.

Where Is Ounabara Vocational School?

The Ounabara Vocational School resides within Honolulu’s Cultural District, specifically on Harbor Street. Not far from here, you’ll find the entertainment of Dragon Kart, and conveniently located just in front is a taxi stand.

In your initial encounter, you’ll recognize Mifune and Ikari from past games, who choose to enroll Majima in a vocational school. Following a quick chat, you’ll discover that you can opt to take any exam simply by speaking with Mifune at the reception desk.

Speaking with Ikari offers you the choice to buy Hyperfocus, an upgrade that adds 30 seconds to the timer, and Divine Pencil, a feature that erases two wrong answers. However, Divine Pencil may not be necessary since you’re here to find shortcuts, but Hyperfocus could provide some extra time for discovering solutions.

Each try to succeed in these 21 exams requires some financial investment, however, once you’ve passed an exam, reattempting it doesn’t cost anything more. In total, there are 21 exams with five questions chosen at random from a pool of approximately 10 options each.

To pass the exam and earn some valuable points for boosting your pirate rank, you should aim to get at least 3 out of 5 questions right.

Passing at least 10 exams will unlock Ikari as a crewmate.

Some of the image answers are close approximations of what is found on the test.
