This guide offers step-by-step instructions on how to tackle this specific puzzle and progress in the main tale of Lost Soul Aside.
How to Solve the Guiding Pillar Puzzle in Lost Soul Aside
As soon as you step into the room containing the Guiding Pillar riddle, a hostile gang of Voidrax will greet you. To proceed safely with the puzzle, these adversaries need to be vanquished first. If combat proves troublesome for you, try utilizing Seleria’s Keepsake from your Trinkets menu. This handy artifact not only diminishes damage taken but also enhances your offensive power, making it a top pick for demanding situations like tough boss battles and increased game difficulty levels after they are unlocked.
To solve the riddle of the Guiding Pillars, you need to carefully adjust their positions by hitting them with your Greatsword in a certain order. This action lets light pass through each pillar, eventually revealing the way ahead. Start by standing right in front of the blocked entrance. Identify the first pillar on your right and tap it twice. After that, proceed to the second pillar on its left and hit it twice too.
Be careful, as a third strike will move it too far.
In the arrangement, the third pillar remains stationary, so disregard it for now. Focus instead on the fourth pillar and tap it just once. Lastly, make your way to the leftmost pillar at the end and hit it two times. By following these instructions, you’ll successfully align the pillars which will cause them to illuminate and open the door, allowing you to progress through the Secret Palace and continue on your journey.
