Low_Hospital1299 responded, stating that while the chance of encountering a Shiny variant is typically one in 20, the odds for Mesprit are reportedly much lower. The user claims an approximate rate of one in 100,000, making it one of the least common encounters within the game. Uxie and Azelf, fellow Generation 4 Legendary Pokemon introduced at the same time as Mesprit, may have similar or identical odds for Shiny variants.

During this event, our XP gains and Candy drops are receiving a nice boost, making it easier for us trainers to level up and evolve our Pokemon. Plus, the encounter rate for Togedemaru has been increased, making them more common catches. This is similar to the higher chances of getting Shiny Mesprit during raid battles. Another exciting event, Adventure Week, will also have these same bonuses coming up in August. So let’s all gear up and make the most out of these events!
