As a One Piece fanatic, I must confess that Garp lacks the Devil Fruit’s power. This means he solely depends on his mastery of Haki for combat. Needless to say, I’ve witnessed his grueling training regimen aimed at boosting both his physical prowess and Haki control. Remarkably, Garp has engaged Gol D. Roger in numerous confrontations, demonstrating a level of Haki expertise that is nothing short of breathtaking. However, once the Elbaf arc concludes, Luffy, my dear friend, will surpass even the mighty Garp!

5. Dracule Mihawk

However, after the Elbaf arc, it’s expected that members of the Supernova will surpass Mihawk in strength.

From an outside perspective, I’ve always admired Big Mom, one of the mightiest characters in the world of One Piece. She wields the Soru Soru no Mi and possesses all three forms of Haki, setting her defense apart from others. Her physical prowess surpasses most, with unscathed skin for years, a testament to her exceptional protective abilities.

In a one-on-one encounter, even Luffy wouldn’t have emerged victorious against Big Mom or Kaido, such is their strength. However, that balance could shift post the Elbaf arc, marking significant changes in the power dynamics of this captivating universe.

I bore witness to Luffy’s encounter with them on Egghead Island, and it became clear that he was no match for the Five Elders at that time. His attacks seemed to have little effect on them, suggesting that he must strive to become stronger. Perhaps the Elbaf arc will serve as a catalyst for his growth, enabling him to surpass these powerful elders.

2. Sakazuki

Sakazuki leads the Marines and is their strongest fighter. He has the Magu Magu no Mi, a Devil Fruit that lets him control magma freely. It doesn’t matter if they’re a Marine or an ordinary citizen; if they resist him, they risk being eliminated by Sakazuki. The animosity between Sakazuki and Luffy runs deep, particularly following the death of Portgas D. Ace. At that time, Luffy was no match for Sakazuki, but once the Elbaf arc comes to a close, Luffy plans to surpass him as a pirate.

1. Kaido

Known commonly as the world’s most formidable creature, Kaido held the position of Governor General within the Beasts Pirates.
