Details about the price and starting weapons for Bungie’s new game, Marathon, have been revealed online. A data miner known for uncovering information about Destiny 2 and Marathon shared the information, which includes pricing for the game itself and its season pass, as well as a list of weapons players will have access to at launch.
Colony Deaks announced on social media that the game will be released in two different versions and will be sold at a standard, non-discounted price.
Marathon will cost $40 for the standard version, which has been the expected price for a while. The Deluxe Edition will be priced at about $60 and will include extra character skins and potentially other content. If you pre-order, you’ll also receive a Destiny ship, ghost, sparrow, and a weapon skin. The Deluxe Edition will also come with season pass tokens worth around $30, though the exact use for these tokens hasn’t been announced yet.
Besides the game, Bungie will offer a season pass with purely cosmetic items for about $10.
