The Marni Laser Helm is a powerful addition to any player’s arsenal in Crimson Desert. It offers excellent head protection and, uniquely, allows you to fire lasers from your eyes!
This helmet is incredibly powerful, and you’ll likely want to obtain it quickly. You can get the Marni Laser Helm from Marni’s Masterium. We’ve included the location and upgrade instructions below.
How to Get the Marni Laser Helmet in Crimson Desert
- Found at Marni’s Masterium, in the bottom right corner of the map in Delesyia.
- This area is filled with hostiles, so if you’re heading here early on, you should bring plenty of healing items and avoid fighting the enemies.
- The Marni Laser Helmet is found through the main gate, on the left, on the pain path, so keep heading through the gates until you find an archway on the left, which has the Marni Laser Helmet on a box.
- We’ve listed the exact locations above so you can run straight here and grab it.
How to Use the Marni Laser Helmet in Crimson Desert

- With the Marni Laser Helm equipped, Hold Right on the D-Pad and select the Marni Laser Helm from the special equipment tab (on the right of the wheel).
- Now, press L2+R2, which will allow you to lock onto enemies automatically, and releasing the buttons will see an explosive laser fired at them. (This has one charge with a 10-second cooldown between shots).
The Marni Laser Helm can be improved to hit multiple enemies and become even stronger, both defensively and offensively. Here’s a guide on how to do it.
How to Craft the Kuku Marni Laser Helmet in Crimson Desert

Once you’ve gathered everything you need, return to Grimnir at the Kilnden Workshop in Hernand. You can now build the Kuku Marni Laser Helm, a significant upgrade! It not only boosts your defense by letting you improve the helmet, but also gives you three laser shots instead of just one.

How to Get the Kuku Marni Laser Helm Blueprint
- Unlock the Witch of Wisdom (guide here).
- Complete the Sanctum of Benediction, underneath the “E” in “Hernand” (we also have a guide for that here).
- The Witch of Wisdom will reward you with the Kuku Marni Laser Helm Blueprint.
How to Get the Enhanced Kuku Pot & Blueprint
- Unlock the Witch of Wisdom (linked above, but here’s the guide again.)
- Complete the Sanctum of Absolution (we have a guide here, as this is very difficult due to the Antumbra’s Sword boss).
- Once you cleanse the sanctum, you will get the Enhanced Kuku Pot Blueprint.
- This can be crafted at the Kilnden Workshop in Hernand, with Grimnir, for x1 Kuku Pot and x1 Abyss Cell.
How to Get the Power Core Gate of Collapse
- Head to Abyss Nexus/fast travel points (marked on the map above).
- You will often find stone worm guardians here.
- Use Axiom Force (R3) on their eye to kill them, and they will drop a Power Core to be placed into the Kuku Pot with Triangle/Y.
- The Power Core you obtain is completely random, so make a save and reload if you don’t get the Gate of Collapse.
How to Get Electrical Components
- Farmed from large robotic enemies found patrolling the Blue Thicket in the eastern area of Delesyia.
- Once these large robots have been defeated, use Axiom Force on their components (R3) and then press Seal (Triangle) to place them in the Kuku Pot.
- Repeat until you have three of them.
How to Get the Core of Transgression
- Obtain the Witch of Humility (which we have a guide for here)
- Cleanse the Sanctum of Oblation in Delesyia (click the link for the puzzle guide).
- Face the sanctum itself, and use Blinding Flash (L1+R1+L1) on the center blue crystal, and tap L1 every time the dial is about to hit a blue crystal.
- Doing a full rotation will reward you with the Core of Transgression.
