Marvel Rivals has just shared a sneak peek of a fresh skin for Mister Fantastic titled The Maker, arriving simultaneously with the upcoming character. Marvel Rivals Season 1: Eternal Night Falls is set to debut on January 10 at 1 AM PST.

In an alternate universe known as the Ultimate timeline, Reed Richards – who is often called Mister Fantastic – isn’t the hero we know from the mainstream Marvel world. Instead, he transformed into a villain in his quest to make the world perfect. This twisted version of the character usually hides most of his face behind a mask following an intense battle with Human Torch that left him disfigured.

Similarly, Invisible Woman from the game Marvel Rivals will also be getting a darker counterpart named Malice, further expanding the complexities and intrigue in the Marvel universe.

The official Twitter handle for Marvel Rivals revealed that Mr. Fantastic will get his first character outfit, titled “The Maker”, when he enters the game on January 10th. This skin showcases a stylish black and gray look with a radiant blue circle on his chest and back. The costume includes a mask of slate color, covering most of Mr. Fantastic’s face, with a blue visor that encircles his eyes. The gameplay footage of Marvel Rivals’ Mr. Fantastic demonstrates the suit expanding and stretching as he alters his form while employing different skills.
