Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 And Netflix’s Stranger Things Take To The Skies In New Crossover

PlayStation announced a surprising collaboration for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024: the world of Netflix’s Stranger Things will be integrated into the game. Given recent events, it’s perhaps not that strange of a pairing!

Everyone is talking about the fifth and final season of Stranger Things, Netflix’s hugely popular show. Meanwhile, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 has arrived on PlayStation 5, bringing the long-running game series to a Sony console for the very first time.

As a fan, it’s so cool to see someone finally take a chance and combine these two sides that were always meant to be rivals! And now we finally get to see what happens when they do – it’s been a long time coming!

You Can Visit Iconic Stranger Things Location In Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024

Now you can experience Hawkins in a whole new way! The upcoming Stranger Things expansion for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, launching December 9th, lets you fly over and explore actual locations from the show.

According to the PlayStation Blog, the game will feature a richly detailed map and a recreation of the town, including over 40 locations fans will recognize from the show.

Some of the locations include Starcourt Mall, Hawkins Middle School, and Hawkins Junkyard.

This update adds five new rescue missions where you’ll fly a Bell UH-1H Huey helicopter around town to save people in danger. While many games are trying to capitalize on the excitement for the final season of Stranger Things, a Microsoft Flight Simulator update wasn’t exactly what most people expected!
