As a dedicated Minecraft player with years of experience under my belt, I can’t help but get excited about the latest MCC event and its unique challenges. The Aqua Axolotls Challenge, in particular, has piqued my interest, as it involves finding the elusive Lost Pearl.
Mojang Studios’ Minecraft is an engaging sandbox video game. In this game, you construct a realm utilizing blocks, encountering numerous challenging mobs and bosses throughout the process. Periodically, the developers introduce new events and hurdles to maintain excitement and novelty for players.
As a seasoned Minecraft player with countless hours spent exploring the pixelated world of Bedrock Edition, I’ve seen my fair share of challenges. But let me tell you, the recent MCC event took it to a whole new level! Fifteen fresh, unique tasks were unveiled, each offering enticing rewards for those daring enough to complete them.
How to Find the Lost Pearl in Minecraft
The Lost Pearl is an object found in the third and last stage of the Grid Runners mini-game, which is situated within a water pool. You’ll have the opportunity to collect it upon completion of this stage.
To get started with the competition, it’s essential that you initiate Minecraft: Bedrock Edition first as the MCC event is exclusively designed for this version. After launching the game, navigate to the side menu to participate in the event and complete each round of the Grid Runners minigame.

At the beginning, gamers encounter three successive waves of adversaries. Following that, they move on to the next phase, where they must complete two painting tasks. Firstly, they need to create their own versions of given paintings using paint buckets. Lastly, in the final round, players prepare a cake by combining only milk and eggs as ingredients.
As a gamer, once I’ve finished the three missions in Grid Runners minigame, I get to advance to the Lost Pearl level. But don’t forget, you need to put on the Aqua Axolotls Beanie before you start this part. Without it, collecting the pearl is impossible. You can buy this unique hat from the Hats shop for 250 Coins. After making the purchase, open your inventory and equip it.
After donning the beanie, proceed to the final stage of Grid Runners. In this stage, locate a room with long pools of water. There, search for a levitating bubble containing the Lost Pearl. Once identified, just engage with it to claim the precious Aqua Axolotl Head Item for Character Customization. However, do not celebrate yet as there is more to accomplish. Make it to the end of the race to successfully complete the Aqua Axolotls Challenge.
From July 22 to August 4, the Minecraft MCC party event will take place. Make sure you finish all 15 challenges during this period to secure all the special rewards available.
