Minecraft is Crossing Over With Bluey

The latest downloadable content for Minecraft introduces a fun crossover with the popular children’s show, Bluey! Minecraft, created by Mojang, is already known for its endless possibilities, letting players build, explore, and even create complex contraptions with redstone. The game is constantly evolving with big updates, adding new creatures like the Happy Ghast, lots of useful items, and exciting places to discover. Collaborations with other franchises, like this one, are becoming a regular and popular feature in Minecraft’s downloadable content.

Minecraft has been bringing popular franchises into its world through downloadable content (DLC). Past DLC packs have already featured characters and settings from The Smurfs, SpongeBob SquarePants, Super Mario, and more, offering players new skins and unique areas to explore. Now, Minecraft is adding Bluey and Bingo to the mix with a brand new Bluey-themed adventure.

Minecraft is Getting a Bluey DLC Pack

The popular kids’ show Bluey is coming to Minecraft as a downloadable content pack! Fans will be able to experience favorite scenes from the show and play as Bluey, Bingo, Bandit, and Chilli with character skins. The pack includes an adventure inside the Heeler house, complete with mini-games like I-Spy, Hide and Seek, and Ragdoll. You can get the Bluey DLC on February 5th through the Minecraft marketplace.

I’m so excited about the new Bluey DLC for Minecraft! The announcement didn’t share a ton of details, but knowing how Minecraft usually does things with DLC, I’m guessing we’ll get more than just the Heeler house. Hopefully they’ll add lots of other iconic places from the show too! There are over 150 Bluey episodes across three seasons, so there’s tons of content they could include. They haven’t said how much it will cost yet, but I’m expecting it to be around the same price as other Minecraft DLC packs.

Minecraft’s New DLC Joins Some Big Updates to the Game

Minecraft continues to expand with exciting new additions! Alongside the recently released Bluey DLC, Mojang is introducing the Golden Dandelion, a special item that can keep animals in their baby form. This update will also add baby versions of popular creatures like wolves, rabbits, and chickens. These additions follow a large content drop released late last year, continuing to enhance the Minecraft experience.

The latest update to Minecraft, called Mounts and Mayhem, arrived in December and added a variety of rideable animals. For the first time, players can explore the game underwater using mounts like the Nautilus and Zombie Nautilus. Mojang also introduced other unique mounts for overland travel, including Zombie Horses and Camel Husks, but players will need to first overcome the creatures riding them before they can tame them. With each new update, Minecraft expands with fresh mounts, items, and exciting collaborations.
