What’s the content of the Monster Hunter Wilds open beta?

The beta comprises three captivating sections. Initially, there’s the character creation phase, during which players get unlimited access to all the characteristics that will be present in the final version of the game. Notably, data from your created character can be transferred to the full launch, ensuring a seamless transition and enabling you to jump right into the action!

Afterward, you’ll encounter the Story Trial. During this part, players get to view the introductory scene, join their initial chase after the Chupacabra, and simultaneously pick up useful tips for gameplay.

For seasoned gamers, the last segment promises an exhilarating experience. In the Doshaguma Chase, you’ll embark on a mission to locate and defeat the leader of the Doshaguma group, introducing a fresh monster into the game franchise for the first time.

Players can collaborate with other gamers by employing the SOS Flare, allowing them to jointly navigate and play online. If the system fails to find any players, you’ll be grouped with artificial intelligence-controlled characters for support. This function is intended to enhance the game for beginners, and during the trial period, crossplay will be enabled!

Participants in the open beta test will be rewarded with an exclusive charm for personalizing their weapons, or something secret.
