As a seasoned Mortal Kombat 1 player, I’ve been through the fire and the blood (and plenty of fatalities) since the very beginning. So when I heard that Season 9 Klues were recycled content from way back in Season 1, I couldn’t help but roll my eyes a little. But hey, it’s not all bad news! The team at Netherrealm has shaken things up a bit, with some new differences to keep us on our toes.
As a dedicated Mortal Kombat 1 gamer, I’ve been through eight seasons of Invasions Mode. To my surprise, the creators at Netherrealm are repurposing content for Season 9. This means you’ll find familiar clues that were initially hidden in Season 1, albeit with a twist or two.
As a devoted fan, I’ve noticed that the previous Test Subject Klue has been swapped out for TERAH CKTATA in Mortal Kombat 1. This change seems to be because the original required a DLC character to finish. The locations where each Klue can be found have new names, as do the rewards. However, the methods and button inputs needed to solve them remain unchanged. So, seasoned players like me should find navigating Season 9 Klues relatively straightforward.
