MXGP 24 The Official Game gets first trailer

As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of racing games under my belt, I must admit that the announcement of MXGP 24 The Official Game has ignited a spark of excitement within me. With NACON and KT Racing at the helm, I have high expectations for this title, given their impressive track record in the racing genre, particularly with Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown.

Developer KT Racing, in partnership with Publisher NACON, unveiled the debut trailer for MXGP 24: The Official Game, slated for release in 2024.

As an enthusiast, I’m thrilled to be part of the first-person roster in this series that’s been officially endorsed until 2028. The publisher promises an unparalleled experience, transporting players right into the pulsating core of the world’s most iconic racing championship, as realistically as possible.

MXGP 24 is a motocross video game that provides an authentic driving experience for both beginners and seasoned players. The game’s design team has focused on creating immersive levels, where the track conditions adapt as bikes traverse them or weather changes occur. With 100% official content, gamers can race on 20 global championship circuits and even don the jerseys of their favorite MX2 and MXGP riders. Various game modes are offered, enabling players to participate in solo races, online competitions, or career progression, aiming to reach the top tier of the motocross elite.

NACON has a strong background in racing games, and they’ve recently launched Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown. Our review stated: “The future success of Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown remains to be seen, as the roadmap indicates certain features will be rolled out at a later stage. As an online multiplayer game, it relies on players to fill its world. Here’s hoping that upon release, popular spots and lobbies, as well as the streets of Hong Kong Island, will brim with players vying for recognition. The racing feels responsive despite some hefty car weight problems, but I enjoyed cruising around, discovering activities, and boosting my reputation in any way possible. I’m eagerly awaiting more race types and challenges, but I trust that the fun will increase as more people join in.

MXGP 24 The Official Game is coming to PC, Xbox Series S|X, and PlayStation 5 in “late 2024”.
