- A Special Episode Is Coming In March
- A New MHA Movie Is A Possibility
The new My Hero Academia video game is a welcome development for fans, particularly after the anime series recently ended. But that’s not all fans have to anticipate in 2026!
I’ve noticed that alongside the main My Hero Academia anime, there’s a spin-off called My Hero Academia: Vigilantes currently airing. Season 2 just started, and I’d recommend checking it out while it’s new! It’s been great seeing fresh stories and characters, and it’s fun to see familiar faces like Aizawa pop up too.
In addition to the main series, My Hero Academia will release a special episode called My Hero Academia: More in March 2026. This episode will properly conclude the story, adapting the ending Horikoshi originally presented in chapter 431. Fans are eagerly anticipating this final installment and what it holds for the characters.
I’m really hoping we get a new animated movie too! While it hasn’t been officially announced, Jump Festa 2026 definitely teased some unrevealed projects, and a movie feels like a perfect fit. We’ll just have to keep an eye out for more details in the coming months – I’m so excited to find out what they’re planning!
My Hero Academia tells the story of a world where most people are born with superpowers, called Quirks. Amidst a constant battle between heroes and villains, a young boy named Deku dreams of becoming the world’s greatest hero, inspired by his idol, All Might. The manga series recently finished after a run of 431 chapters, and you can read them all on Manga Plus.
