In the movie’s climax, Dark Might underwent numerous formidable transformations that only Deku, Bakugo, and Todoroki combined could defeat – a feat not to be taken lightly.

Without a doubt, Nine stands out as the most formidable villain in any My Hero Academia movie, primarily because he shares a significant link with the primary antagonist across the entire series. Born with an exceptional ability, he can control the weather at his whim, allowing him to generate massive electrical storms, devastating tornadoes, and various other weather-related phenomena.

However, what makes Nine particularly formidable is that he was one of All For One’s personal projects before Tomura Shigaraki, meaning he possessed the ability to mimic his master’s quirk and steal others’ powers. This unique blend of multiple abilities made him an extremely dangerous adversary. The heroes would have been no match for him if it weren’t for Deku passing One For One’s quirk to Bakugo, allowing both of them to use it at its maximum potential and ultimately vanquish the villain in a spectacular final battle. Few characters in the series could withstand such an epic assault.
