Everything That Happened in Episode 4
Vigilantes Continue to Serve the Society
The story opens with our three protagonists successfully overpowering three nefarious individuals who were harassing women in public. Interestingly, one of these villains shares a similar ability as Koichi. As the episode progresses, following an offer of Trigger by Hachisuka, a particularly menacing villain makes an appearance.
Because of his large stature and immense power, Knuckleduster finds it challenging at first to contend with him, but manages to subdue the villain later on. Ultimately, the trio assists Ingenium in overpowering a Bat Villain who was a match for Ingenium’s speed.
A Deeper Look into Hachisuka’s Plans

The scene features a dialogue between Hachisuka and All for One, even though All for One isn’t physically present in the episode. Through the conversation, fans get to hear All for One instructing Hachisuka to utilize Trigger more strategically rather than carelessly. Rather than scattering it to everyone indiscriminately, she should only extend it to those who demonstrate a strong mental readiness to fully exploit its potential.
In the narrative, Hachisuka stirs up a colossal menace that wreaks destruction across the city. Additionally, she’s depicted as tempting another individual who might soon follow suit and become a formidable antagonist.
Ingenium in Action

At long last, spectators witness the dynamic force known as Ingenium in motion. He is depicted pursuing the malevolent Bat Villain, who initially leaves him in the dust and emerges victorious. However, the next day, Ingenium crosses paths with Koichi and assists him in enhancing the efficiency of his unique ability. Upon recognizing the power within Koichi’s quirk, Ingenium elucidates the significance of speed and extends an invitation for him to join his team, which goes by the name Team IDATEN.
Ingenium underscores the significance of backup personnel, whose collective strength propels active heroes in their missions. He also suggests that working as support staff can be a pathway towards acquiring a hero license. Accompanied by his team, Ingenium pursues the Bat Villain relentlessly, managing to stay on its tail until it flies away. Regrettably, the villain takes flight using its wings for an escape in the skies. Shortly after, the villain is apprehended by the trio of The Crawler, Knuckleduster, and Pop Step.
In a life-threatening situation, everyone is filled with fear.
Just like a lost child.
I come running as fast as I can, take them by hand, and get them to safety.
That speed is the most important thing for a hero.
That’s what I think.

Episode 4 Ending, Explained
After much effort, Ingenium successfully captures the Bat Villain, assisted by a team of vigilantes. Additionally, Koichi unveils his true identity to Ingenium, who is taken aback by the young hero’s bravery. Instead of pursuing them for their questionable actions, Ingenium chooses to overlook it and lets them go with a grin. The following day, Ingenium runs into Koichi once more, expressing gratitude for his assistance. However, Koichi pretends not to remember anything, adding a touch of humor to the situation.
Ingenium asks Koichi to give back the business card he’d given earlier. This leaves Koichi feeling down, thinking it’s a rejection. However, Ingenium clarifies that since Koichi has joined a vigilante team, he values Koichi’s life as a vigilante and doesn’t want to interfere with that. It turns out that Ingenium wanted Koichi to utilize his unique abilities for the benefit of society by joining his agency. But upon learning that Koichi was already serving as a vigilante, Ingenium decided it wasn’t necessary anymore.
