I’ve always been struck by Madara Uchiha’s sheer power – he was a truly destructive force in the ninja world. What really stood out was his dojutsu, a visual ability that let him completely control the Tailed Beasts. He didn’t see them as living creatures, though; to him, they were just tools for anyone strong enough to command them, and he didn’t care at all about their fate.

Also known as the Rabbit Goddess, she was a unique member of the Otsutsuki clan who reached a higher state of being after consuming the fruit of the God Tree and unlocking her Rinne Sharingan.

Even someone as powerful as Ten-Tails Madara wasn’t as strong as Kaguya. By the series’ end, she had become so overwhelmingly powerful that Naruto and Sasuke had to use the Six Paths power – a combination of Yin and Yang – to seal her away and save the world.

Hagoromo Otsutsuki is undoubtedly more powerful than all the Tailed Beasts, as he originally created them. Similar to Naruto, he had a close, paternal relationship with the Tailed Beasts, viewing them as his children.

Hagoromo is considered the creator of Ninshu, the art that eventually became ninjutsu. He was a revolutionary figure – without him, the ninja world might never have understood how to control chakra or use elemental techniques. He was incredibly powerful, possessing both the Sharingan and Rinnegan, and even mastering Senjutsu! Plus, he could create an impressive ten Truth-Seeking Balls.

It would be surprising if Hamura Otsutsuki wasn’t included on this list. As Hagoromo’s brother and Kaguya’s son, he’s incredibly powerful – easily capable of defeating the Tailed Beasts if he chose to.

While Hagoromo used the Sharingan and Rinnegan, Hamura had the Byakugan, and later, its more powerful form, the Tenseigan. Together, they were able to seal Kaguya away on the moon.

Hagoromo can create ten Truth-Seeking Balls, while Hamura can create nine. However, this doesn’t diminish Hamura’s status as an Otsutsuki. He also possesses incredible abilities like Six Paths Senjutsu and the Six Paths Yin power, among others!
