Once ready, she unleashed this colossal power during the war, brushing against immortality and amassing strength enough to challenge Madara Uchiha in his Six Paths form and even Kaguya Otsutsuki, the original source of earthly chakra.

Furthermore, Sakura Haruno was known for her remarkable strength in various aspects, unlike Tsunade Senju who always had to preserve a youthful appearance. Unlike Tsunade, Sakura didn’t place much importance on her looks, which resulted in an even greater effectiveness when using the Strength of a Hundred Seal.
