NASCAR 25 To Feature Four Official Series, Including ARCA

This year, NASCAR 25 is set to present four main racing series upon its launch. On a recent Wednesday, iRacing officially shared this update, marking the first news about the game since their last “Developer’s Blog” back in October.

In this game, you’ll encounter the elite leagues of NASCAR: the Cup Series, Xfinity Series, Craftsman Truck Series, and ARCA Menards Series. For the first time ever, the ARCA series will be included in a NASCAR video game on a console.

In Career Mode of NASCAR 25, you’ll begin your journey in a garage at home before moving up through the ranks with all four series being prominently featured. You’ll need to sign contracts, accumulate money, hire additional staff, improve facilities, and gain respect as you strive to become a multiple-time NASCAR Cup Series champion.

Besides the Career mode, you’ll also have the opportunity to play all four series in options like Quick Races, Seasons, and Online Multiplayer. Further information about specifics for each mode and gameplay is scheduled to be shared at a future time.

In October 2023, iRacing made the initial announcement that they had secured the licensing rights for NASCAR 25 from Motorsport Games.

Essentially, Tony Gardner of iRacing explained last year that there was a complex arrangement involving Motorsports Games, NASCAR, and NASCAR teams. The original agreement needed to be renegotiated to ensure satisfaction all around, with NASCAR expressing enthusiasm for the change. It’s well-known that the franchise had been facing difficulties under Motorsport Games, so they were eager for a fresh home.

As a passionate gamer eagerly awaiting NASCAR 25, I haven’t received any official word yet on when it’ll hit the tracks, nor have I caught a sneak peek from iRacing. But here’s something exciting to hold onto: It’s set to rev up this fall!
