Each Cap Booster adds one tier to the stat, so it would require five total Cap Boosters to get standing dunks to its maximum level. Once applied, a Cap Booster becomes permanent, so there’s no need to worry about the stat decreasing; the character will remain at that level indefinitely. These are divided into three sets of five Cap Breakers each, which are awarded at the Starter III, Veteran II, and Legend I levels.
