The description for Borderlands 4 states that it’s a chaotic looter shooter filled with countless weapons, absurd adversaries, and exhilarating cooperative play. It invites players to escape from a perilous secret world as one of four powerful new characters known as Vault Hunters.
Just prior to the unveiling of the gameplay, Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford expressed his eagerness on social media about sharing the advancements made in the game. Borderlands 4 was initially presented at Gamescom Opening Night Live 2024 and is presently slated for a 2025 release.
