As a seasoned gamer with a soft spot for DC Comics and a knack for mastering fighting games, I can hardly contain my excitement over the arrival of Nubia in MultiVersus! The warrior queen has always been one of my favorite Amazons, and now I get to see her in action as a close-combat damage dealer with a powerful moveset.
Warner Bros. Games, along with developer Player First Games, recently unveiled a fresh trailer for MultiVersus, offering glimpses into the gameplay featuring Nubia, Amazonian Queen and guardian of Themyscira.
Today’s the day! I’m hopping into MultiVersus as the newest addition to Season 3’s roster – it’s none other than Nubia, from Sugar, Spice & Everything Nice! Let’s get ready to rumble!

Nubia is a warrior who specializes in close combat and uses her Staff of Understanding, which combines far-reaching spear fighting with divine power. The latest trailer showcases her skills as an Assassin, demonstrating her moves like slashing, striking, and powerful kicks against opponents. She also creates shockwaves with her staff to defeat enemies. A new variant of Nubia from the Future State is shown in the trailer, which will be available for purchase on October 15th. Nubia’s Strength Pack at $29.99. The latter pack offers an additional character skin, the announcer pack, a taunt, and two badges in addition to Nubia.
In the third season, Nubia teams up with the Powerpuff Girls. You can acquire this dynamic duo for 950 Gleamium. Additionally, on the 15th, a revamped version of Townsville’s city map, titled “Destroyed,” will be available too.
This free-to-play fighting game showcases a growing collection of beloved characters from various Warner Bros.
