To mark Pokemon Day 2025, Pokemon GO players can receive a special, time-limited research mission plus other free gifts by using unique codes. Niantic’s Pokemon GO is gearing up for a significant global event called the Unova Tour, which runs from March 1 to March 2, 2025.
During the upcoming Pokemon GO Unova Tour, fans can look forward to a celebration centered around Pokemon Black and White. Niantic anticipates a large number of players will participate over the weekend. As we approach the event, trainers noticed they could expand their storage for both Pokemon and items within the mobile game. The maximum storage capacity in Pokemon GO has been increased to 9,800 Pokemon and 8,800 items. In preparation for the exciting events on March 1st, Niantic has provided free codes for players to redeem prior to the festivities.
During the Pokemon Presents event held on February 27, players can visit the Pokemon GO online store to redeem the code GOTOURUNOVA. This will activate a special research task called ‘Pokemon Presents 25 x GO Tour Timed Research’. Completing this task rewards one of Unova’s starter Pokemon: Snivy, Tepig, or Oshawott, along with a unique event background. The tasks must be completed by March 9, 2025, or they will disappear from the app.
Additionally, players can redeem codes RCC4AJPAUCW86 and WJ5DFWASCL65W for 50 Blaze Fusion energy and 50 Volt Fusion energy respectively. These codes are available until March 2, 2023, and they will help trainers fuse Reshiram or Zekrom with Kyurem to create the new fusion Pokemon, Black Kyurem and White Kyurem.
