PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium members can now enjoy nine new games added to the service this December. Premium subscribers get access to the classic PS2 game Soulcalibur 3, while Extra members can dive into popular titles like Assassin’s Creed Mirage, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, LEGO Horizon Adventures, and several other exciting games.
Sony’s PlayStation Plus subscription has become a leading choice for gamers, competing closely with Xbox Game Pass. For years, PlayStation offered a few free games each month to subscribers, as long as they remained members, along with benefits like online play and cloud storage. However, in 2022, PlayStation Plus was updated with three different membership levels: Essential, Extra, and Premium. The Essential tier still provides the original benefits. Extra and Premium tiers unlock even more content, including a rotating selection of downloadable games, cloud gaming, and access to classic titles.
New games have been added to PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium for players in the UK and Europe. Players in the US will have access to these games later today.

PlayStation has added a new selection of games for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium members, just as we’re halfway through December. Premium subscribers get classic titles, including Soulcalibur 3, plus all the games available to Extra members. This month’s lineup has something for everyone, featuring major releases like Assassin’s Creed Mirage and Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, alongside family-friendly options such as Planet Coaster 2, LEGO Horizon Adventures, and two PAW Patrol games, among others.
Just in time for the holidays, several new games are available, and many offer cooperative play! Five out of the nine new titles let you team up with friends or family. Cat Quest 3 is perfect for family game nights with full local co-op, and PAW Patrol World is another great multiplayer option. If you’re looking for something more difficult, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is a challenging action game that lets you call in friends for help. Plus, fans of the Horizon series can enjoy LEGO Horizon Adventures, and there’s also Granblue Fantasy: Relink.

On December 2nd, five new games were released – more than the usual three. These included Killing Floor 3, LEGO Horizon Adventures, Neon White, Synduality: Echo of Ada, and The Outlast Trials. Once you download them, you can keep playing these games as long as you remain a PlayStation Plus subscriber. Be sure to claim these titles by January 5th, before the next set of games becomes available.
Today, December 16th, brings both new games and some departures from PS Plus Extra and Premium. A number of titles, including popular games like Battlefield 2042, Grand Theft Auto 3 – The Definitive Edition, and Sonic Frontiers, have been removed from the service. PlayStation Plus is losing a total of 12 games today.
