Online, a fresh demonstration of the gameplay for Resident Evil: Requiem, highlighting the character Grace Ashcroft, has emerged.
Yesterday at Gamescom Opening Night Live, fans of Resident Evil Requiem were given a fresh glimpse into its gameplay, but unfortunately, there was minimal action showcased. Ever since the initial sneak peek, enthusiasts have been eagerly anticipating some genuine in-game action, and it’s now available online for everyone to see.
Resident Evil Requiem Gameplay Showcases Grace Being Chased by a Monster
The latest gameplay of Resident Evil: Requiem is revealed in a new post (previously Twitter) from Famitsu, shared by Genki_JPN. The video begins with Grace finding herself facing off against a colossal female monster. As she navigates various rooms and corridors, attempting to find a hiding spot, Grace can be seen running and stumbling. What’s intriguing is that the creature has the power to materialize suddenly in front of the player or burst through doors, keeping players constantly alert. You can watch the entire video below for more details.
In the most recent Resident Evil: Requiem gameplay, Grace appears anxious as she navigates through ominous, dark corridors with just a lighter for guidance. If she gets too near the monstrous creature, it can attack her. As the story progresses, Grace enters a brightly lit room, and surprisingly, the monster is unable to follow due to the light affecting its skin. A report surfaced earlier stating that this stalker-like monster dislikes bright light, and it seems that escaping into well-lit areas may be the key to evading it.
At the close of the Resident Evil Requiem gameplay video, Grace moves into a new chamber. In this room, she ascends a table to obtain a toolbox. Inside this toolbox is a screwdriver, an item that appears to be what her character was searching for. Furthermore, the room exhibits signs of chaos, with blood stains covering the floor and walls, and several lockers lying upside down.
