As a long-time fan of Kazukata Kodaka’s work and an avid RPG gamer, I am beyond excited to see what Tribe Nine has in store for us! The new trailer has only fueled my anticipation, showcasing the stunning visuals of Neo Tokyo and the intense Baseball-infused gameplay.
A fresh trailer is now available, unveiling snippets of gameplay and announcing the voice actors for Tribe Nine, brought to us by Akatsuku Games and Tookyo Games.
A game with an “exaggerated RPG style” developed by Kazukata Kodaka, the brainchild behind Danganronpa, is responsible for this, and the trailer previews both a renowned vocal ensemble and baseball action.

In the year 20XX, I find myself in Neo Tokyo, a land where games aren’t just pastimes but rules of survival. I’m part of a community of teenagers who are forced to engage in ruthless battles for our very existence. Our dreams have been stolen from us, and freedom feels like an elusive prize. We’re not just playing games; we’re living them. Every moment could be our last. But we won’t go down without a fight. Together, we’ll reclaim what’s rightfully ours and prove that hope never truly dies.
As a passionate fan, I’m thrilled to share my experience of exploring Neo Tokyo’s bustling metropolis in this captivating game. I personally navigate my characters through the city, engaging in intense battles against formidable foes to bring freedom and peace. My team comprises three unique characters who battle together on the field. Allies react instinctively during combat, drawing enemies away or healing injured allies. And when the moment is just right, we can unleash a powerful combo attack involving all three of us!
In Tribe Nine, you advance the plot by managing characters and discovering Neo Tokyo’s hidden gems. As you roam the city, you’ll encounter fights and assorted experiences. Throughout your journey, a series of tasks arise, including gathering items from streets and chests, solving puzzles and mini-games, and helping residents with their requests.
As a gamer, I can tell you that every character I control in this game brings something new to the table. Their distinct traits are showcased through their special abilities and actions, allowing me to explore diverse gameplay experiences based on who I choose to lead.
Alongside enhancing your character’s levels, you are given the flexibility to determine which stats to enhance and which gear to employ. Feel free to think outside the box, such as constructing a damaging healer! The options are endless, allowing you to explore and create unique builds tailored to your playstyle.
Tribe Nine is going to be free to play and is coming to PC via Steam, iOS and Android.
